Staff Research Product Manager

I joined RunwayML as the second PM. Runway is an applied AI research company shaping the next era of art, entertainment and human creativity.

  • Research PM delivering four SOTA models:
    • The world's first low-cost motion capture models, Act-One and Act-Two.
    • Aleph 1.0, the first model of its kind, moving beyond rigid tasks like text-to-video or image-to-video to accept combinations of image, video, and text inputs and generalize to tasks unseen during training.
    • Runway Characters, the world's first real-time interactive video model to support arbitrary image input.
    • Several rounds of base video models, including Gen-3 Alpha and Gen-4.5.
  • Founding member of the Trust & Safety team, building VLM-powered moderation services that process millions of video, image, audio, and text submissions daily.
  • Introduced the Self-Service Enterprise plan, the easiest way for businesses to get started with Runway, resulting in $Xm of net new revenue in year one.
  • Led vendor partnership negotiations, technical scoping, and the launch of all third-party models on Runway, including ByteDance, OpenAI, Kling, BFL, Bria, Google, and Magnific. Responsible for $XXm in spend per year.
  • Act as the core enterprise PM, driving improvements to user management, asset management, authN/authZ, NUX, and admin configuration and analytics.

Sourcegraph

Group Product Manager, Enterprise

I joined Sourcegraph as the third product manager to launch Sourcegraph Cloud, the first hosted version of Sourcegraph's Code Search product.

  • In 2021, I launched the beta version of Sourcegraph Cloud. Two years later, Cloud is serving more than 50% of Sourcegraph's customer base, including some of the largest organizations in the world.
  • In 2022, I took over leading product for all of Sourcegraph's enterprise experiences, including deployment, configuration, upgrades, and admin metrics. The world's largest companies now use Sourcegraph, including 4 of 5 FAANG companies, 4 of the top 5 US banks, and more than 2.5m developers worldwide.
  • In 2023, I launched Sourcegraph's second product, Cody, an AI-powered developer assistant. I continue to invest in interoperability, scalability, and other enterprise-focused functionality.

SAP.iO

General Manager & Entrepreneur-in-Residence

I joined SAP.iO as an EIR to identify and build the next billion dollar business for SAP, Europe's largest technology company.

  • In 2018, we evaluated over 100 business opportunities, prototyped over 20, and launched three new businesses under the SAP.iO umbrella. As an EIR, I led diligence and prototyping.
  • In 2019, I was asked by the board to take over as General Manager of Brilliant Hire by SAP.iO, a new business focused on promoting inclusive hiring practices. In the following 18 months, we signed our first seven enterprise customers and grew the team from 3 to 18.

Product Manager

I joined Microsoft as a Product Manager out of college. First, I led Microsoft Office's Source Control strategy. Then, I was promoted and joined the Inclusive Design team to lead a culture change to encourage teams to build for all types of humans.
